Distribute the appropriate Shot Sheet to the patient who is prescribed a correction scale or sliding scale insulin regimen. This will empower them to confidently adjust their insulin based on the glucose readings from their glucose monitor or Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) before meals and, potentially, bedtime.
